Events Calendar
Events calendars can be added to public and private areas of the site, providing a useful facility for staff and visitors to keep up to date with any forth coming events that your organisation may have.
The standard fields for each event item are:
- Title of event
- Location (venue)
- Description
- Start date
- Time
- Event duration (days)
- Web site
- Contact email
- Contact phone number
Formats for displaying events include:
- Simple list
- Extended list
- Month view
When the date of the event is past the event is removed from the listings but is still viewable on the Monthly view for achieve purposes.
The Events module provides a list of current events that the visitor can browse and view details.
